Recovery Worker

Job Summary:

The team is recruiting a dedicated Recovery Worker with a special interest in child safeguarding. You'll support individuals and families affected by substance misuse, ensuring children's safety is central to recovery planning. This role involves delivering trauma-informed, psychosocial interventions and working closely with multi-agency partners to uphold safeguarding standards.

Skills/Experience Required:

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have some experience of working in a health, social care, or related setting
• Have some experience of delivering services in a community setting
• Have knowledge and understanding of delivering evidence-based interventions
• Have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike
• Be resilient under pressure and able to prioritise your work
• Able to be flexible with your working hours on occasion and be happy to support other With You locations when needed
• Ideally you will also have previous experience of working or volunteering with people who misuse substances.
