Job Description
The role will work across all RWT sites delivering education and support for staff.
It is important that the candidate can demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, the post holder will need to work effectively and flexibly to respond appropriately to challenging circumstances and be able to work on their own initiative.

This is a full time post. (37.5 hours per week, 9 am-5 pm per day)

- Ensuring safe and effective clinical practice.

- Ensuring effective contribution to the delivery of the organisation's objectives.

Qualifications
Essential
- NMC Registered Nurse sub part 1/2, NMC registration Midwife, Registered Health Practitioner, RHV or HPC registration
- Degree level nursing qualification desirable, or willing to undertake within 12 months of commencement of post
- ENB 998/Mentorship/SLAiP Evidence of professional updating within last 12 months
Experience/Skills
Essential
- Extensive safeguarding experience
- Extensive and working knowledge of Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards
- Management experience
- Effective leadership
- Suitability to work with adults/children at risk of abuse
- Data input, collection, analysis, audit and evaluation
Desirable
- Knowledge of DV/Exploitation
- Training delivery experience
