Job Summary:

The board of Sustainable Chipping Norton are seeking a new lead to be the key point of contact, reviewing policies and advising volunteers. You'll benefit from a smooth handover and get the chance to shape the culture of safety, empowering green initiatives to flourish while protecting the young and vulnerable in Chipping Norton.

Crucially, you must be able to translate complex safeguarding legislation into clear, practical guidance for the volunteers. Policy review experience is essential. Ideally, you live within 15 miles of Chipping Norton, understand rural community dynamics, and share our passion for building a greener, more resilient local environment.
