Safeguarding Welfare & Attendance Support (SWAS)

Chiltern Way Academy Futures is seeking a compassionate and committed individual to join the team as a Safeguarding Welfare & Attendance (SWAS).

You will play a key role within our safeguarding team, working closely with the Safeguarding, Welfare and Attendance Manager (SWAM)

You will:

• Provide pastoral and therapeutic support to students
• Respond to safeguarding, attendance and welfare concerns
• Work closely with families and external agencies
• Support emotional-based school avoidance (EBSA)
• Contribute to a strong, collaborative safeguarding team
