Job Summary:

The practice offers a supportive working environment with regular lunchtime tutorials and weekly clinical meetings. There are also opportunities to be involved in teaching medical students and postgraduate PA students, with plans to pursue training practice status in the future.
As a Salaried GP, you will manage a varied caseload, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across a broad range of health needs in a primary care setting. This includes a mix of face-to-face and remote consultations, clinical decision-making, prescribing, and maintaining accurate patient records, while working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities also include supporting a small 22-bed care home, undertaking PA reviews, and contributing to education and training within the practice. You will take part in practice meetings and clinical discussions, with opportunities to support service improvement and take a lead role in areas such as Adult or Child Safeguarding.
