Job Description

Job Summary:

You’ve built your experience working with young people. You know how to engage, support and make a difference. Now you’re looking for a role that works around your life—not the other way round.

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Deliver group work, brief interventions and outreach to young people
  • Build strong partnerships with schools, safeguarding teams and local services
  • Support professionals to identify risk early and respond effectively
  • Deliver training and awareness sessions
  • Coordinate volunteers and peer mentors to expand reach
  • Use data and insight to target support where it’s needed most

This is a role with real visibility, real responsibility and real impact—where you’ll see the difference you make every day.

About Change Grow Live:

Change Grow Live, focuses on early intervention—supporting young people before risk becomes harm.

Skills/Experience Required:

You’re experienced, confident and bring a calm, professional approach to working with young people—particularly in situations where there may be risk, vulnerability or complexity.

You’re able to build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and create safe, supportive environments where young people can engage and make positive changes.

You bring:

  • Experience working with children and young people, including those who may be at risk or vulnerable
  • Confidence delivering group work, training or structured interventions in school or community settings
  • Experience working with schools, safeguarding teams or multi-agency partners
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
  • A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently

You’re someone who can balance structure with empathy—able to hold boundaries while building rapport, and confident in working in environments where no two days are the same.
